

Provides estimates of cost for tooling, manufacturing procedures, labor content and any specialized equipment for manufacture of company productsĪctively participates in new product design reviews, making recommendations for design changes to improve design, ease of manufacture and/or cost savings Increases line productivity with method improvements, tooling improvements and developing special machinery and mechanized work stationsĬontributes to product line objectives relating to product cost, method improvement, variances, scrap and labor efficiency Provides and maintains outside sources of tooling and equipment Generates and administers departmental procedures, budgets, policies, plans and objectivesĭirects and coordinates the Tool Engineering staff to see that plans and objectives are met on scheduleĬontributes to proper level of product excellence, manufacturing equipment, and manufacturing processes Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Must be well organized with the ability to multitask Must possess good planning and delivery skills as per timelines Works well with others and is open minded to other ideas and suggestions and objective with implementing them Maintains safety and house keeping standards of work place as outlined in the employee handbook and other company policies and proceduresĪdhere to all rules and regulations as outlined in the Rollstamp Employee HandbookĪdhere to all applicable Business Operating Systems ProceduresĪny other reasonable request made by ManagementĪbility to work well independently and in a team To be familiar with geometric tolerancing Has a good knowledge of various materials (tools, steels etc.)
